Favourite hunting spots, south of Mojave outpost giant rad scorpions, golden geckos, mole rats raiders, nightstalkers... even ghouls further out.
Loot, Goodsprings as it's got an early start to items when you know where to look, everywhere else is just piddling with finds imo.
Scrap, Repconn.
Town, Westside.
Faction base, Red Rock.
Challange area to wipe out, Camp McCarran while first recon are there.

Due east of the Cliffside Prospector's Camp, just across the river. I'm not going to say what's there; find it and enjoy the surprise. :hubbahubba:

Not really, assasin suit, holorifle, BAR and SM armour are all that spring to mind, along with vendor codes. But its just spears and bear trap fists after that. Its good one time... the only ime you are there sadly. But when you are there first time damn good loot indeed.

My two favorite places are probably the Hidden Valley bunker (everything you need, and I love the BoS) as well as Freeside; it looks awesome when you have a darker nights mod enabled.

Whaa?
Nononono, in the Abandoned BOS Bunker in the main game where you start the DLC is a lockbox on a wall which respawns with more chips, and inside this bunker is also one of those venders which can exchange chips to weapon repair kits or stimpacks and stuff. :)

Quick question about that, is there a weapon repair kit schematic to find or will it be there at the end reglardless? I'd hate to miss it if so.

as for the topic I think Vault 3 and the surrounding area's is good. The Fiends seem to have really good loot on them and aren't that dangerous at lower levels.

I think you have to find it in Dead Money in order to appear in the vender list back at the bunker after completion.
You can find the repair kit code on top of some file cabinets by the end of the cells in the police station.

Thanks for the info Gabriel. :)

@Iceman
You have to start a new game in order to use the wild wasteland trait. After you answer all of Doc Mitchell's questions, he'll stop you and ask out you to fill out "your medical history" and you'll get to choose traits. Wild wasteland is at the bottom of the list.
