You wouldn't be able to marry her if you could find one.

None in the vanilla game. God knows why not, there are even a couple of available Orc women.

The only female Bosmer I am aware of is Nimriel that works at a farm in Whiterun, and that Nivenor who sleeps with everyone in Riften. Both are married though (dirty Nivenor!).

There is also the occasional bandit that is a female Bosmer.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Wylandriah is also a Bosmer. You wouldn't want to marry her, though, she seems to be a bit... blessed by Sheogorath, if you know what I mean. Bosmer seem to have a thing for Mania. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Per_Your_Requests

The another Bosmer woman is Brelas who would have made a wonderful canidate provided you escorted her to Windhelm after diplomatic immunity.

No Bosmer, no Khajiit, and no Altmer (with one female exception that is a pain to get and honestly not very nice). There are also no marriageable male redguards or male high elves -- and the only female Redguard that can be married can't even move into your house, rendering her partially useless. A few of my characters know your pain, man. No female Bosmer is lame (honestly, they tend to be rather pretty looking; males aren't too bad either.)

Before this game came out, I had hoped there would be marriage candidates from each race and of each gender. The list of candidates is Nord heavy, but that makes sense considering it is in Skyrim (although you would think that larger and less restricted cities would have less problems with a varied population.)

The lack of marriageable Bosmer and (mostly) Altmer in the game is really lame because you see examples of both married to humans.

It kinda svcks that there aren't many different races in bulk, it's mostly Nords and Imperials.

Especially if neither is preferred. :\ I wish there was more Breton women around Markarth...Or just more options of different races. Both genders of every race would've been cool.

 You're probably just usually too busy killing them to notice - not new, just few - it is a bit of a "Wait, what?" moment when you first see one.

Stay away from my girlfriend. You didn't kill her did you? Dang, guess I may have to find another one. :(

I see female draugr all the time. There's definitely one inside Bleak Falls Barrow, on the little in-cave snowy bridge. Though that one is unarmored, there are armored ones, too. (wearing Ancient Nord Armor)

There's one in the Dawnguard castle, if you approach her she will mention how few wood elves are around or something like that but as others said too bad you can't marry her.
