Where Can I Buy New Spells ?

I am a student at the collage of magic, (forgot what its called). Anyway I need some new spells but I'm not sure where to get them I know that i have to buy them of people, i did find some people in the collage however is this the only place i can get them ? thanks

you can get them from books and also from store owners.

Alot of stores have them for sale aswell. Also you can sometimes get books as loot
