I want to purchase a map of Skyrim that I can frame and display somewhere. I was thinking of using the folded map that came with my copy of the game but I'm hoping I can find a nice cloth or something. Anyone know where I can buy one?

I would just use the one that came with Skyrim. It would be really cool if you framed Oblivion's map of Cyrodiil with that.

I don't think a different map came with the collectors edition of Skyrim, but I could be wrong. Maybe check Ebay.

That's actually a great idea.

You could take it to one of those printing places and they could put the map on cloth. Where I live it's called Speedy's Printing Press or something like that. They usually do t-shirts and junk. If you wanted to, you yourself could then take it home and use some techniques to make it look aged. It's actually alot easier than it sounds. You could rough up the edges, make them more jagged and brown the cloth, stuff like that. We had to age things like that for a project once.

well i brought my skyrim on the day it came out and it came with a nice Canvas like paper. My friend brought skyrim a few days ago, and his map was printed on rubbish paper lol

Hah, really? Mine is on the nice canvas type paper too. I didn't know that the later copies came with maps printed on different paper. My map of Cyrodiil for Oblivion is on real crap paper so I'm guessing that's what his is printed on!

That's hilarious. I had no idea they changed the maps for the later copies. The original maps that came with the first copies of the game are nice, like really nice. I was actually surprised when I first opened my Skyrim and realized how nice the map really was.
