where can i buy the best armor and weapons?
I'm sorry if it's been asked before i'm too lazy to look it up

the best armors are the ones that you tether and enchant yourself. you can improve armor, and put two enchantments on them, therefore your own creations are best. all blacksmiths have the same random inventory by the way, so it doesnt matter where you go.

Some of the better weapons and armor are also unique items obtained as quest rewards. Do a few Deadric quests and go through the Companions questline.
