Yah go to the doctors in the citys and it can be found sometimes in First aid boxes.

Lots of time Fiends have it in their loot

Dress as a Great Khan and visit Vault 3. The Fiends usually have some stashed around their rooms.

Find Dixon in Freeside.

you can find it practically anywhere; from town vendors and caravans, metal boxes, first aid kits, on anyone who falls victim to your merciless gunshots.....
honestly, i seem to find buffout everywhere, i dont even use the stuff!

Doctors, First Aid Kits, Chem Dealers, and enemies that you kill (like Fiends).

:facepalm: And out of all the posts, only one person mentioned Chem Dealers. Ugh. And we call ourselves Fallout fans. lol

You can usually always find some at the Red Rock Drug Lab (go figure eh?) and at the Gamorra Casino on the strip. Sometimes the doctor outside of Novac will sell it as well. Lots of doctors stock it, heck I think even the doctor in Goodsprings sometimes has some.
