I need to find a weapon rack to get past a bug that exists with the Radiant Story quest system. However, I don't recall seeing one in my travels. Does anyone know where I can find one that is easily accessible?

i think player homes are the only ones with working racks and bookshelves.

but they don't work on my PS3 anymore (not since 1.3, which was supposed to fix the problems of 1.2, not cause them to happen)

breezehome in whiterun has 1 to your right when you walk in if you bought all the upgrades

I think you can activate the weapon racks in the thieves guild or maybe guard barracks. Not the red ones like in houses but just wooden racks where the weapons hang vertically. Maybe worth a look anyway.

Whiterun-Breezehome : 2 slots livingroom, 2 blades 1 shield plaque over bed in bedroom
Windhelm-Hjerim: MASSIVE storage in the armory on the second floor... cases, racks, plaques... it's YUM-O if you can get over the glitches etc...
Solitude-Proudspire Manor: 4 slots weaponrack downstairs, plaques upstairs
Riften-Honeyside: 3 plaques downstairs
don't remember name of the one in Markarth or what provisions it has... I hated the house and since then deleted the character to start over... sorry

Labrynthian court yard, take the wooden mask off the dead guy in the burial/worship mound you can find there and put it on... mask racks, weapon rack and chests/storage

Thanks, but are all of those player homes that you get after being a lacky for the Jarls? I don't help the Jarls, therefore I don't get homes.

I can try Labrynthian I suppose, but do you need all of the masks to get access to the courtyard? I'm still locked in the small room. I only have one other mask.
