where can i find an wood elf npc? : V

i've killed and collected the blood of all the other needed races, now i just need to collect blood from a wood elf so i can get the ohgma infinium, so where can i find an wood elf? im sure they are everywhere i just can't seem to spot one.

Just below Pyrites shrine near a mineing village theres a wierd little shrine with a dead wood elf.
Also in Riverwood, the guy that can be a follower.

i havn't got that far, i'm still at the part where we find out the graybeards and parthurnaax are actually evil and the only one who can save the world is alduin so they are brainwashing you to think he's bad.
am i near the end?
