Besides the one tan mage hood, which looks like the novice hood, where can you find unenchanted hoods.

You can buy them at the College of Winterhold, but they look the same as the novice hood, no interesting colours.

Well that is generally useless. Thanks, guess I'll just use the tan one than. Really hope beth adds in the other colors unenchanted...
