It should be available already because it is supposed to be released everywhere on 11-11-11 so the only thing i can think of is a region lock so you might have to wait a couple more hours to play the game

Same here.

I'm from Poland, bought a few beers since tommorow its national holiday over here so I was really waiting for 00:01.

I'm so dissapointed...

If I won't be able to play it in the next 30min I'm never ever buying anything that uses Steam.
