After having put up with so many problems with Skyrim on the PS3 I think it is a disgrace that they continue to ignore all of our questions so as a disgruntled consumer who has bought a defective product where does one go to complain?

As reporting the problems to Bethesda seems to have no effect at all apart from the odd post every couple of weeks with the usual answer of "We're not sure".

There must be somewhere that we can voice the poor product that we recieved and ill treatment we continue to receive on PS3.

If you're that concerned, report it to the Better Business Bureau.
