does anyone have any idea where did Dan go? is he dead? and the mayor, he's disappeared from his office, the sheriff's door is locked. i got back to see redstone after a power plant mission and i see 2 enforcers outside his door, can't go in. what gives?

You have to remember its a very linear game.it lets you do what you need to do and in doing so stops you from straying from the story and for it to flow smoothly,which it does.its one of them games that lets you explore so much in the wasteland but in wellspring and subway town its a different type of game altogether.this to me is what makes this game great.i want someone to tell me how and if i can ever get into the door with the big jackpot sign going towards it in wellspring,or can you?

My memory may be failing as it has been awhile but I think Dan went to a town called Gun Barrel (or something similar) and the major was under investigation by the Authority for an incident I can't remember. Mayors arc was really abrupt, Dans was mentioned a couple of times before he exited.
