mostly ford dawnguard, however if you part ways with here she sometimes states she goes to darkfall cave or any other place in the mq where you have been with her.

If you side with the Vampires, eventually she heads back to Castle Volkihar.

Too bad there is an insanely high probability you won't get her back as a companion...

....really hoping for a patch soon...
