Fast Travel to the Freeside East (Exit?) gate and it's to the left. It's a small booth (And not a big fort like I originally though) with a Protectron model in it. It has a map marker so it's not that hard to find. I did not know that and circled Vegas five or six times before I found it.

Edit: Don't expect a huge selection at low-ish levels tough.

There isn't really much there, besides ammo. I made the mistake of trying to enter there. Picked the locked gate and then i had Gunrunner gunnin for me. I killed all of them except one guy who must not have been there at the time.

Down the street from The King's House of Impersonation, across the road from the Atomic Wrangler. Just look toward the skyline; you can't miss the big ass signs unless you're blind.

u can play caravan right next to it, and there is some decent weapon mods and guns u might not already have.
