Ive played the game alot but ive noticed after i completed the missions in Dragonreach Farengar (the court Wizard) is no longer around in the game. Since it was early on i presumed he slept somewhere or that the NPC′s might move from city to city but im starting to wonder as its now around 20 hours later in the game that he is still not around but some of his items in the enchater/alchemy room he has are stil lseen as things i can steal aswell. Im just wondering is he supposed to come back in the game later or is he dead and will it cause my game problems later on of some sort?

I completed the Bleak Falls Barrow quest a long time ago this issue wasnt there back then. But ive never got the Whispering Lady mission assigned. Ive looked all the rooms in Dragonsreach and he is nowhere to be found anymore. Is it crucial for the game he is alive ?

i noticed this topic on another forum seems somewhat like he has the same issue but i havent seen the room he mentions on the link he gives, i cant link the steam page where he mentions it here btw

You don't need him after the first Dragon so don't worry.

hmm alright thats a good thing i guess aswell as the other quest being activated by going downstairs early on in the game at a new game or something if i really wanna play it. I noticed i cant activate the "Whispering Lady quest " anyway when going to the hidden door area in kitchen as i get no response when trying to open it i guess he is just dead then thats why it wont work ;D.
