Where to find Steed Stone

Hi, as the title says, I'm wondering if anyone knows the specific location of the Steed Stone? That 100 carry weight is insanely good so I'm gonna make it my priority now to go wherever that is and get it if someone can let me know in relation to say cities on the map.

On the map it is west of solitude, (and a little bit north) next to Ironback hideout.
