I went to sleep then the Dark Brotherhood kidnapped me etc in the abandoned shack
Lydia wasn't there.
I probably left her in the Ratway where I slept but she's not there or in Dragonsreach...?

If you're on the PC, try using the console to teleport her to you/yourself to her.
