Can try Jack in Red Rock Canyon (Drug Lab)

The Drug Lab is north (and slightly west) of the Main Khan encampment. The Encampment is north and slightly west of Good Springs. If you go directly north through the mountains from GoodSprings you should come across it after the State Park.

they are litterally everywhere..i forget what vault it is but the one where the fiends have it taken over has a ton of fixer cat eyes bufffout etc... gotta love druggies

Fixer you can get it at the Follower of Apoc.

You might have to arrange an wholesale of chemical for them to manufacture it (part of their quest line), but I don't remember exactly.

They are in the Old Mammot Fort. In Freeside. That Square Building right north (or was it east) of the Zone to Inner Freeside (the zone that leads to Vegas, with Silver Spring, Kings' place, etc.). Old Mormon Fort is in the same zone as those kids that chase the giant rat for food.

Also just realized the casino across from The Lucky 38 sells Buffout and Fixer.
