Where do I get those new spells from Dawnguard?

Like the restoration spells?

Just from the wizard @ college of Winterhold or what?

Restoration: 3 spells are available from merchants in Fort Dawnguard, 2 can be bought in Castle Volkihar (one of them can also be found in Dimhollow Crypt). College of Winterhold doesn't have them.

All Conjuration spells can be learned in Soul Cairn, one of them is a quest reward.
