So, I'm trying to solve a Steamgifts puzzle, and one of the URL letters is gotten through this cypher: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18816329/Puzzle.png

Now, I don't want people here to solve the cypher. That'd be cheating. What I do want to know is where I've seen those symbols before. It's itching at me. A friend, also working on the puzzle, has seen them before, too. Others have stated they remember them in the comments of the puzzle as well. Anybody have an idea?

I mean, it might not be the same symbols he used for the puzzle, but that's got to be where I know them from. I used to collect all sorts of bionicles.

EDIT: Yeah, that's definitely not the ones he used for the puzzle but THANK YOU.

I've only seen them in other logic puzzles.
