I just got married, but now I can't find my wife anywhere. Where'd she go?!

I'm a Dark Elf mage, so I married the Dark Elf Brelyna, my fellow student at the college of Winterhold. I am thane of Whiterun but haven't bought a house, instead staying at the college. After the wedding in Riften, my new wife was nowhere to be found. Not in the chapel, not in the town like my wedding guests, not at the college, not wandering around Whiterun. I forgot to check in Dragonsreach, where my homeless housecarl Lydia hangs out. I've done a fast travel (via carriage), which tends to fix things like missing horses, but I still can't find my spouse.

With no house, my wife didn't get to ask me where to live. So, where is she now? Thanks.

Did you talk to her before she left the temple, deciding where to live? If not, there's apparently a bug there... Don't know how to solve it, reload a save from before the ceremony is my best advice.

Edit: how long ago was this? If she's on her way to the College, she walks there, you know. Might take a couple of days.
