i finally got the serial key to work but im not level 5 and its not limited, where do i put the bonus code?

I have an extra flyer in my retail copy with the limited edition key.
And it says that the additional content can be activated at

http://www.gamesas.com/limitededition

Guide:

• Select "Multiplayer" from the Crysis 2 main menu
• If you haven't logged in to Multiplayer before, you will need to create a gamesas account. Enter your nickname, password and email when requested.
• In the Crysis 2 multiplayer menu, select the "My Crysis" option
• Select "Redeem Code". This will exit the game and open gamesas in a browser window
• Log-in using your gamesas details (from step 2)
• Enter the pre-paid code in the text box, and click "Redeem Code"
• Run the game, and it will automatically detect your bonus content is available
