So Singleplayer is working great now. Problem: When you switch to Multiplayer you need to set the Graphics for this mode again. This works. But I need to get the Multiplayer running with +jobs_numThreads 0. Otherwise I will get the 100% CPU thing.

Any tips where to find it?
