where is the vampire castle?

I've been at this for hours and I just can't seem to find the vampire castle. Please help.

have you spoken to a city guard yet? do that and just go with the flow :)

Have you gone to see the Dawnguard leader?

In castle Dawnguard... which is not the Hall of the Vigilant.
