where you bullied

Was bullied just twice. Once when I just started high school, this dude just got in my face, saying this and that.. I punched him hard square in the face, he went down like sack of bricks crying.. I then proceeded to kick his head for a few blows. Never had a problem after that..

The second time, was again when starting my senior year.. my family had moved to another city and so a new school.. this guy was riding my butt ALL DAY.. that macho crap that bullies like to do.. well, in the last class of the day, in a 3 story building, again riding my butt.. I snapped - I hung that SOB out of the window by his feet - I can still hear his screams all these years later. Again, never never had a problem after that. I can still remember the look on my science's teachers' face..

I recently did that, only I dropped him, from a first floor window. I don't think he realized that it was only the first floor, [censored] idiot. (Recently as in the last month, dealing with this guy's crap for six months can really make you [censored] crazy.) Then I jumped out the window and broke his arm. I was suspended for exactly zero days. This is want happens when beating the [censored] out of him becomes last resort. Trust me, I did everything in my power to stop him without using violence. Violence can solve problems, kid hasn't talk to me since last month. Hasn't spoken in my presence. Fun.

Depends on the kind of problem. That one for instance had three ways to go. 1. Beat the [censored] out of him. 2. Take it. 3. Get him expelled. I went with the best choice.

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat it too much, if you never defended yourself. It's probably better in the longrun. I don't know. As I said in my post, it had it's downsides.

This goes without mentioning that some people don't even want a fair fight sometimes. There was a time when things could be more "old fashioned" and honorable, where you simply met the bully somewhere safe and tried to defend yourself. I don't know about any of you, but I grew up in a time (early 90s) and place, where many people had too much pride if they lost. Some started carrying guns too. I have one friend who is dead from this crap (he didn't get shot, but he got jumped by multiple people later on and hit in the head with a tire iron).

Nope. I was always told to stand up for myself, normally it would get me in crap with the teachers after I clocked some kid for calling me names but it kept the others from bullying me. First week if high school some 12 grader picked me up and slamed me against a locker to show off to his friends. I kicked him right in the balls, boy did his friends laugh their ass off at the guy.

I have older brothers, so I had to learn to fight dirty.

I agree violence does solve the problems you're facing but in my experience it always creates another to take its place.

Severely, until I turned 14 and hit 6 foot! The next punch that was thrown at me was returned in kind, and I came out of a 3-on-1 fight on top...nobody screwed with me after that and I turned out pretty damn popular :)

Of course I was bullied...on the internet. It's a mean place. But I eventually got a thick skin. It's not easy for a 15 year old to be playing online games with 20 somethings...but it taught me what to care about, and what not to care about, and I got over it.

Never in the real world, though, was I bullied.
