jsut wondering where you can buy stronger spells. the only spells i have come across are novice and adept. are expert and higher spells only bought from specific people or do they only show up in people stores once your levels are higher.

You can buy some good tomes from the mage in the Blue Palace in Solitude. The mage will be in the Jarl's court during the day. You may have to do some quests for the court first.
