So I'm trying to decorate my gameroom with TV, Movie, Music, and Video Game Memorabilia, where do you personally purchase memorabilia?

I mainly do on eBay, but that's because I'm a penny pincher.
I bought a few things from Goodwill in the past, but that's when I had a good Goodwill in my area. Another area I went to a lot in the US was FYE, but that was because the city I used to live in had a megastore that was huge and had to be filled with memorabilia to make up for the crushing lack of CD sales.

However, ebay is going to have most of it.
Also, see if there is a movie poster store near you, those tend to have lots of other memorabilia. I have also seen collectables and things at Hastings, Barnes and Noble and other bookstores that cater to the geek.
Think geek has some pretty great stuff thanks man, if only that map of Middle Earth was bigger. :/
Do official stores for Game Developing Companies have any good things in them?
ebay is generally pretty good, though ensure it's a reputable seller! I have bought full size movie posters in the past on ebay and shoved them in IKEA frames for under $15 per poster. thrift stores and used music/video game stores can be a great resource for old posters, promotional pieces, cutouts, etc. Garage sales can also be a good source of memorabilia as a lot of times you'll find empty nest parents clearing out old stuff from their kids rooms that have long since moved out, or just downsizing from a house to a condo and having to clear out all their old game room type items.
I collect vinyl records, so this one is easy for me, but I have 4 LP frames that I swap out every now and then with cool old record jackets. in Canada the frame store I get the LP frames from is called Michaels and they're routinely on sale around $10 and most thrift stores will have a selection of old vinyl to dig through... look for cool artwork and throw it on the wall.
If you're on a budget you'll want to avoid custom frames as they can easily get into the hundreds of dollars.
I just got my Vinyl of Andrew Jackson JIhad's "Can't Maintain." It's beautiful. I have a wall of posters that were inside of several records I own, so I'm trying to get more of my gaming and movie/tv memorabilia up while there's space for it XD

I got a life-sized Darth Vader/ Carter S259 poster for 8 quid from HMV
I've been thinking of getting Nintendo signs and Playstation signs old ones not the new
Mostly from Ebay.
I think it odd that I am willing to spend $100 on a game but not buy a $100 sign
I used to work at Best Buy and got 'memorabilia' from work when no one else claimed it (usually they'd give standees away as prizes once the promotion was over). I have a 3' tall cardboard cutout of Link from OOT3D that keeps falling off of my wall, and I had a huge Gears of War 3 standee that I had to throw away when I moved since I had planned to sell it on eBay and never got around to it.
None. I have no desire to express myself. That is also why I tend to avoid shirts with logos on them.
