I have run all over goodsprings, went off and got eaten by radscorpions, and I cant find a friggin shovel to dig up these graves that I -know- jerkface easy pete stuck his dynamite in. I can feel it! I WANT A SHOVEL.

The general store had one when I checked - it is under weapons.

You can buy one at the general store in Goodsprings. At least that's where I bought mine (IIRC - I haven't slept in a while and I'm at work).

There is also one leaning against the third water station free for the grabbing...

if you wait like 2 levels by running south and killing geckos you can easily up your explosives skill and get the dynamite from him easy, probably even convince the other members in town with speech and such too, im assuming you're talking about a certain quest involving a certain someone hiding in a gas station like a pansy
