which cities can you build in

Built my first house in dawnstar where else can I build.

You can also build in Falkreath and Hjaalmarch (Morthal) :smile:

You really don't build in the city, you get a plot of land far far away and I find I like it better that way but the option to have either a plot to build on or one in the city would be nice...
