If you're planning on joining the Dawnguard, why not add archery to the first build? Make use of those crossbows!
If you're planning on joining the vampires, I'd say a Mage build, perhaps a Battlemage. As I understand it, the Vampire abilities require magicka, so a large magicka pool is needed to get the most out of the Vampire Lord form.

Thanks for your reply and opinion, but I was looking for which class should I play out of the ones I had chosen. I know it comes down to me in the end ETC but I like to hear more opinions from others and I am open to other class suggestions like you did.
Any 'class' will do fine - unless you focus more on RP and things like: "I smithy, not Dragonborn!" kind of stuff. You won't do 'better' as a vampire by choosing any particular class - the vampire lord form in and of itself is outside the numbers of your skills.
With that said, I *prefer* to play as a necromancer, because it feels right to me to be a vampire and raise dead bodies like it's going out of style. Since I can't have living thralls (yet), I have dead ones. Satisfying
