The game has had it's release date broken all over the world, frankly.
It's already in the hands of quite a few XBOX and PS3 owners.
However, PC users have to wait until PST 12:01AM 11/11/11 for their game to unlock.

I wish I had stayed in NZ a month more, so I could get game there =( I have to wait another 14 hours before midnight, and I wont have the chance to pick it up untill after work tomorrow! Damn RL getting in my way

Actually, no, the Steam unlock time in Oceania is midnight Australia Eastern Standard, so you'll be getting it at 2 AM. So for these purposes, no, New Zealand isn't counted a a country

I see, well I live in Sweden so it'll unlock here 10 hours after. I just spent a year in NZ and loved it, so its got a special place in my heart. I think steam needs to sort it's life out, and add NZ as a country.

Actually, according to the time zones in Windows, it's Nuku'alofa, Tonga. They are an hour ahead of NZ but still on this side of the dateline.
