Which ENB effect causes this?

Post » Thu Oct 18, 2012 10:44 pm

Been trying to figure this out for an hour by disabling various effects in the enbseries.ini, to no avail. I just know that most ENBs seem to cause this, a few don't, and vanilla doesn't either, at least for me (GTX 690). Any ideas?
