So I have a character who is a pure thief. I am going to be getting into alchemy soon and I was wondering if anyone has tips for what house to buy (out of the three for Hearthfire). I am level twelve and I have 15,000 gold to spend. I was thinking maybe the house by Morthal and Solitude because the fish hatchery can help with alchemy. Are there any location specific add-ons that I am overlooking? Thanks.
