I'm just wondering which sounds like a better choice to you for this kind of scenario - say you have a Breton Necromancer who adopted a Breton orphan named, let's say...Francois, from Honorhall. He moved his new son to his Falkreath home which has an Enchanter's Tower and Alchemy Laboratory wing yet lacks a third wing. He plans to plenty of books for himself, and maybe his son to teach him the wonderful art of magic and necromancy, but also likes the idea of having more types of food cooked for himself, his son, his steward Faendal, his Housecarl, and his future wife Muiri.

Now, in your honest opinion, which sounds better for my dear Necromancer's home - the library or the kitchen?

Library, though I wish they gave you the books instead of filling the tons of shelves themselves which is not only tedious but they don't fit properly. I still think library is the better pick.

I went with Alchemy and the Library.

The Alchemy is for my Assassin's to work on their Poisons.

The Library is because I love the Lore and stories contained in the books, so I wanted a place to stash as many books as possible. I've spent hours at this game just reading in-game books.

Hmmm, well...I -do- need a place to store my artifacts, books, and other priceless objects. And I could always make another home when I get -much- more gold for materials....and a large amount of iron. I suppose Falkreath could eventually become my "Arcane Sanctuary" since it's also near a small Necromancer's shrine where I found a copy of 2920, Volume 9 - Hearth Fire. ...Yeah. That'll work.
