I don't just mean the posts an thread topics but also the way it dealt with trolls an trouble makers an wether or not admins and mods replied or didn't reply.

Now for me the worst is simply ign I've never been on a sight that's full of so many trolls an egotistical pricks on power trips an that's just the staff let alone the community which 90% are just [censored] and trolls.

The best was Johndouglasmindhunter.com until it decided to scrap it's forums in turn for more article based stuff.

The worst? Well, for some reason I once found myself on the Infinity Ward forums somehow and well, let's just say the hate the Call of Duty community tends to get isn't completely uncalled for.

As for the best, probably this place.

Edit: There was also an unofficial Call of Duty related forum I used to be on. As weird as it might sound, the community was pretty good and trolls were dealt with efficiently. And on top of that, the rules regarding politics weren't as restrictive, but you could still have a mature discussion. Then eventually I couldn't read a single thread without there being at least one My Little Pony pic filling the entire screen because the bronies that started showing up there were really enthusiastic about their fandom, so this place became my new regular forum.

The worst site people wise? Definitely YouTube.

worst gaming site? - the Bioware forums.. gotta have been the most hostile forum I have ever been on... you will get flamed and trolled on a daily basis just because you actually like ME3 or DA2...
Its one of the only official Forums for a game I have ever seen where they had to Ban a topic from conversation.. yeah, it was just that hostile..

I seem to be pretty lucky with the Youtube community. It's probably because I tend to watch less "mainstream" videos where the fandom is smaller and thus more collected and mature, but I rarely have problems with the people there. Reading the comments section on there is almost like reading the posts here, for me.
