255 255 255 is white. Let's hear it if this works, btw. I seem to remember it wasn't this easy before....

Nope, didn't work. :angry: in fact, there were no noticeable changes, either.

I had a hunch that would fail. You could try changing these:
uPipboyColor=785383423uHUDColor=3321888767

I don't remember how the numbers work though.

I don't know. Someone does though - I remember a program that changed this.

Well, if you come across it, let me know. I'd be very much obliged. Someone on here has to know though!

thanks for all the great replies.... (oh ya im pc user btw) its ironic, in FO3 I remember using the amber color and thinking "man why is some of this stuff still green" but in FONV I for some reason like the white pipboy display in this one and complain about the amber haha... but i am somewhat a slave to having colors match, and the white looks best with this pipboy glove mod i use ^^

yes I also do use some mods (only texture replacement/UI/etc) and have limited capabilities for tiny modifications (such as changing flamer to explosive weapons), but I know nothing about a lot of the texture/mesh making (i barely know the difference >.<)

also going to check out darn mod now ..:)

So I guess no one knows? Is this situation a bug or did they hard code it so it has to be amber?

Wow, it's been a couple months.

Anyway, this is still bothering me. since the game has been out longer, and it's likely we know more about it, has anyone found out how to do this?
