But what are they ways to complete they quest there's like 5 ways o do beyond the beef and 3 for how little we know

Beef: Talk to Mor-something (the guy with the top hat) and do what he says.
How little we know: Talk to big Sal and Nero.
Edit: This is the evil way,(is there any other way JK) not good for New Vegas.

They don't really support you, they just become a little bit less corrupt. Or more.

White Glove Society: Doesn't really matter[for Side Bets], So just do the quest for whichever outcome you'd prefer based on the good or evilness of your character.

Omertas: Help Cachino end the plot of Big Sal and Nero.

Technically when siding with Yes Man most everything is optional you can skip both those quests if you'd like.
