As title says, I hit the shout button near a guard by accident and got a 40 gold bounty. Instead of asking me to pay, go to jail, or fight; they just attack and kill me. Tried to go back into Whiterun after dying, and same thing happens. I need to talk to the Jarl there, has anyone run into this issue?? Loading a previous save wouldn't really do me any good, I would loss about 3 hours of progress because the recent autosaves are all getting me attacked by the guards and the latest file I have saved is 3 hours back. Please help!

***EDIT Found a solution if you are having this problem, draw your weapon/magic and put it back. Should get the guards to talk to you.
