Who are some of the more darker, evil followers?

Preferably ones that could also be steward for your house.

Also, in the preview for hearthfire, who was that redguard, I think female, that they had shown for steward, are they in the game/

Eola, Cicero, the Dark Brotherhood initiates, Jenassa, and if you believe all daedra worshippers are evil, Arenea Ienith.

Other hirelings are loose morally, owing to their mercenary nature.

Housecarls are your personal underlings and will aid their Thane no matter the endeavor.

Serana is a vampire, if you consider them evil.
