Who are the repair vendors?

Major (I think that's his rank) Knight at the Mojave Outpost can repair to 100%.

It isn't cheap but still.

any if you have the perk to attract male character, it'll be free...but the repair skill wil be the same as yours.

I'm not very liked around the NCR. I don't know how many rangers will be there to scope out my disguise. Any other suggestions?

The scrap yard just north of Novac is the one I used early on.

I know there's one in the Strip. Possibly that shop with the brothers. Don't really remember since at this point i have jury rigger and 90 repair so there's no need for anyone to repair my gear besides me.

Really? I happen to have the"Black Widow" perk and my repair skill is currently at 90. That might save me some "Weapon Repair Kits" down the road.....Even if I currently have 40 of them now.
