Who does Lord Harkon's voice? : V

Well when I first heard this voice actor, I thought this is the perfect vampire voice, and then I researched quite a lot, and there is no information on who does his voice!

So if anyone knows this then please don't hesitate, oh and NO SPOILERS!

I do wonder who is his voice actor cause watching videos of dawnguard his voice acting is badass.
