Or at least in Solstheim. Not sure if they'll put them all over in skyrim or not.

Still excited to see that alot of the gamejam content is being added into the game. Gives me hope for the seasons aspect they touched upon xD

If you're talking about Dragonborn, werebears have not been confirmed for it (there hasn't even been any evidence for it).
