I've been forced to move into the country; 6 miles from the nearest town/city in every direction. I now have 999 ping on league of legends and there's no way in hell I'll be able to the TES:O. But I'm planning on moving to Lithuania. Their ISP provides a solid 86 mbps download AND upload constantly. And thanks to the U.S. government being buttsore about not being able to regulate laws on the internet...they attacked every ISP in the U.S. also. No more unlimited service, so they taxed them. There's a data limit and if you go over, every 1gb of data is 10$ and the limit is 100 gigs for me. I usually use 300 gigs a day.

I really gotta get out of this country. Who else has internet they can't even use now?

I'm going to university next week, so I'm not entirely sure how good my internet will be up there. Granted, it can't be any worse than the 0.2kbps-at-peak-hours internet I have right now.

Where do you live? I thought data-limits were a thing of the past... Though they came back in the Netherlands for mobile internet (on a phone).

My aunt has crap internet - att dsl. I dont know what is wrong exactly. I tested ping and download speed at dslreports and they are good but browsing websites is still slow.
edit: and no I dont live with my aunt. just trying to help out.
