Where's the rest of Numinex, anyway? His skull is supposed to be in Dragonsreach. If he was resurrected, would he fly around headless or would his head magically fly to him, wrecking Dragonsreach? Or would he come to take his head? I'm thinking too much into this...

Or would there suddenly be a talking dragon's head on the wall in Dragonsreach? I wonder how the current Jarl would feel about that...

Bring NUminex back in the same type of vein that Durnahviir is in. Make him Undead and some kind of unholy Hard ass that is threatening to open a permanent portal to the Soul Cairn where Whiterun is currently at.
