Anyone else reading these and thinking "I know exactly where this dude is and what he looks like, but I have never bothered learning his name because he's so repetitive and boring?"
This thread might be difficult here, considering the repetition of dialog and given that you have little to no reason to learn anyone's name.

Same here. So far the only character whose name I actually know without looking it up is Nazeem. Also the Spectral Assassin(Lucien Lachance), but I'm not counting him.

If I had to take a guess, I'd say it's the Imperial lady(or is she a nord?) with the Targe of the Blooded and the Imperial guy you meet at Alftand that are right by the Dwemer Centurion.
