Dude, it's 11pm here and I just checked. It's UNLOCKED, I CAN PLAY! i'M DECRYPTING THE FILES RIGHT NOW AND WAITING WHILE STEAM UNLOCKS THE GAME!!!

So Midnight Eastern for all US right? so 11 central, 10 mountain, 9 pacific? We're all Unlocked right????

i'll still be here, after preloading, and decrypting to 100%, steam is now REDOWNLOADING 5.3 GB of skyrim data files....
