Yeah I'm really hoping that the 3 figures we saw are meaningful. Playing a big part in your main story or have quest chains around them.

Most likely just a representation of a nord in cool armor to get the Skyrim players excited about the game. They may make a visual representation of him in the game as a general in Cyrodiil or something but not important no.

It isn't Talos he wasn't born yet.
