So I brought for 360, and was horrified by the texture bug, so I brought the pc version, only to get exactly the same horrible texture bug (not just bad textures as they were intended, the textures are literally not loading properly). So now I am waiting until the patch comes out to play. Anyone else waiting until texture/quest bugs are fixed until they play? I would carry on tbh, but looking at some of these textures makes me want to kill myself.

You could be waiting a while, there is no guarantee it will be released in the next week or so.

If texture glitches make you want to commit suicide, don't go into game design.

If looking at textures makes you want to kill yourself, you have far bigger issues..

and why on earth would you buy for Xbox if you have a PC capable of playing it? sounds crazy to me.

What a whiner

I'm waiting for a patch for sure, but I'm also having a tremendous time playing the game in the mean time. To me, it works swimmingly. Sure things aren't perfect, but it's still WAY better than Oblivion.

With all these quest bugs about, I have to stop questing for now.

Because not everyone has a PC where they are the only one using it?

Someone has too much money... or doesn't understand it's value.

I just make lots of saves, so if anything horrible bugs up I can go back.

For the love of the Nine people...
Every game has bugs. A few texture glitches are nothing. Here's a few bugs i've had:
- The quest were you are given the chance to save the Redguard women or turn her in bugged and I can't get the prisoner out of jail.
- In the last Mage quest were you have to fight that pain in the ass High Elf glitches making him impervious to damage at 10%. Had to restart wasted mabye 10 minutes of my life.
- Bought the house in Whiterun. All the items I bought for it, cause I purchased all the addons, are hovering in the air.
- Few graphical bugs here and there but hardly noticable.

Has any of this stopped me from playing or [censored]ing on a forum that the devs don't read anyway? NO!

textures are the last thing they need to fix imo.

3rd person finisher option.
HDR option.
jump when sprinting
crouch while drawing bow
fix the huge delay when switching between bow/sword in hotkeys

i KNEW it, if people don't see a [censored] bloom effect they go OMG ABD GFX. Jesus H Christ.

I mean an option to turn off the constant in game brightness adjust. Try looking at the sky then a cave entrance.

Like i have no single graphical issue so far..
Maybe tweak your Pc some?

I don't have this alleged "texture bug" you are experiencing.
