Well since you have the soul of a dragon I don't see why you can't sort of become one.

this is my idea of how this type of power would work.

It would be like the vampirelord power with its own skill tree.

When you turn on this power you will transform in to some thing close to a black Argonian but with wings on your back. (ones that look better than those vamp lord chicken wings)

just like the vampire lord you would beable to fly but alot higher,

Night eye
lighting Breath
Power Claws
Dragonhide
Roar of terror
Shout recharge

well good idea? or bad Idea? well its better than becoming a werebear, or a vampire.
