Crossbows will be great for my melee heavy builds since its preloaded and i can fire off a bolt, likely stagger them and then charge in with a power attack. Bows will still be the main weapon for all of my stealth based characters.

Taking a Crossbow hunting seems so overkill.
...Then again I hunt with a Fireball spell, so I can't say I'm not overkilling it up.

Actually, crossbows have a faster (initial) shot due to the fact that they're pre-loaded, and they also have a chance to make the enemy flinch (happens almost everytime with the proper perk, too), but I see your point.

I was going to say that. Highly unlikely that they will include a bound crossbow.

I did mot put the crossbow through the mechanics to test the trajectory compared to a Daedric bow. As I use a bow for sniping at long range. If the crossbow will hold a longer level I will be using it for my sniper characters.

"I always hated crossbows, take too long to load!" But seriously, just because we have crossbows now, dosen't mean your standard bows are going to be replaced. I will use both, depending on roleplay circumstances, and just what the situtation is.

I find bows more satisfying to shoot than crossbows.

This goes for me as well. Gonna stick with my bow. Plus a crossbow wouldn't really fit my character.

I think I'm allowed to say this...I find the bow better for assassins while the crossbow feels more like an assault weapon.
